Remove from the oven, allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes until cool enough to handle,
then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
Unlike most cakes that are
simply placed on a wire rack to cool, angel food cakes are immediately inverted so the baked cake will maintain its volume and to keep it from shrinking as it cools.
Discard flour mixture, which will be wet at this point, and repeat process with remaining flour, Old Bay, buttermilk, and chicken;
place on another wire rack set inside a rimmed baking sheet.
Sprinkle over some of the remaining coconut and ensure the Lamingtons are covered entirely
before placing them on a wire rack over a tray to set for 30 minutes before eating.
Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet and
place on wire rack.
After about half an hour take the tartlets out of the forms,
place on a wire rack and let get completely cold.
Place on wire rack to cool before serving.

place on wire rack and allow it cool completely.
Remove chicken wings from bag and
place on the wire rack.
Remove with slotted spoon and
place on wire rack to drain.
Cool 10 - 15 minutes, then remove from pan and
place on wire rack to finish cooling.
Place on wire rack to cool.
Lightly dredge chicken with flour mixture;
place on wire rack set over rimmed baking pan.
Remove from cookie sheets and
place on wire racks to cool completely.
