If you want to try this recipe and cook it in
a regular loaf pan or cake pan, I would pour the whole thing in and cook for about 20 - 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes clean.
If you don't have one of
those a regular loaf pan will still work fine.
A regular loaf pan doesn't work well.
I use
a regular loaf pan, 9 x 5 inch.
I double the recipe and use
a regular loaf pan.
Note: I have tried this in
a regular loaf pan and, sadly, it doesn't work well.
Quick question: I would like to bake my loaves in

It can be shaped into a traditional baguette shape or enjoyed as sandwich bread if made in
a regular loaf pan.
I did not have
a regular loaf pan so I baked it in my mini loaf pan of 4 loaves.
I doubled the recipe and baked it in
a regular loaf pan.
If using
a regular loaf pan, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
If you do not, cover
a regular loaf pan with parchment paper.

a regular loaf pan I used two mini loaf pan so I could freeze one for later.
Put into greased muffin tins or an 8x8 baking dish (
a regular loaf pan doesn't work well)- For muffins, I use a 1/4 cup measure to make pretty even sized.
