You can use the probiotics as directed in the recipe - it's either probiotics OR
rejuvelac, pickle brine or kombucha, not all of them.
Apparently
the rejuvelac is made with grains and I don't have Kombucha, unless I use store bought Kombucha.
All you have to do is placing cashews,
rejuvelac, miso, nutritional yeast and salt to a blender and process to get a creamy mixture, then just let the cheese ferment for 1 - 2 days.
Since using
the rejuvelac and switching to a mainly plant based high raw diet both of us are doing very well.
