After keeping my starter successfully in the frige (often for several weeks without feeding it), I decided to freeze it
in small freezer bags and it still seems to work out fine.
Hi Ewelina, I just wanted to share with you that I sliced your super bread quite thinly (amazing that you can do this without a bread slicer, the bread is firm enough:)-RRB--- and then froze four slices
per small freezer bag.
I cooked off a number of different grains a couple weeks back, let them cool to room temp, packed the grains
into small freezer bags, and stacked them in the freezer - quinoa, millet, and brown rice.
When the peppers are frozen, I put them all in
a small freezer bag so I can just take one out at a time.
Put the crushed tortilla topping into
a small freezer bag and the cheese substitute in another, bundling the bags with the pan.
Particularly if you're freezing it in
a small freezer bag, you can just snap a bit off and throw it into your soup or braise while it's cooking.
Freeze the tomato chilli jam in
a small freezer bag.
Freeze the guacamole in
a small freezer bag.
These items need to be contained in a single, transparent, re-sealable plastic bag (about the size of
a small freezer bag)- 20 cm x 20 cm
