I too, am very concerned with the amount of sodium in this lovely dish, so I'll attempt to find
lower sodium tomato products to use.
Only thing I did different was a used a no
added sodium tomato paste and sauce and a low sodium steak seasoning.
If you are watching your sodium intake, reduce the amount of shrimp, use low -
sodium tomato sauce and / or skip the added salt.
Seemed a little salty to me, so may reduce the amount of season salt and use low
sodium tomatoes next time.
