for spaghetti night which is my kids favorite especially when I make my homemade meatballs!
I happened upon this recipe for creamy rigatoni with sausage and fennel (oooo, even sounds fancy) about a month or so ago when I was tired of our run - of - the -
mill spaghetti night.
I use my meatballs for meatball subs, then use the leftover sauce with any remaining meatballs for
spaghetti the night after.
** Tinkyada brand brown rice pasta (I don't eat this personally, but my son loves it when we have our
weekly spaghetti night.

My husband isn't a picky eater at all (thank goodness), so he doesn't care if we switch off between having grilled cheese sandwiches and
spaghetti every night.
