I'm not familiar with this breakfast powder but I'd go with the following amounts per serving (that would be to my taste and you may need to adjust it to his taste): 1 tablespoon cacao powder 1 tablespoon powdered Erythritol 1/4 cup collagen Mix with 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk + 1/4 to 1/2 cup coconut milk (or heavy whipping cream) You may also want to try the chocolate collagen powder I used in this recipe: Keto Chocolate & Almond Frostino I hope this helps!
