Add the cumin, oregano, chili powder, water, and tomato paste and
cook a few more minutes, then add in chicken; mix and cook 3 more minutes.
Saute the bacon in olive oil until almost crisp, then add leeks and
cook a few more minutes until they are tender:
Add mushrooms and
cook a few more minutes.
If not,
cook a few more minutes.
When almost set, invert on a plate and slide back into the pan and

If it looks watery, turn the heat up a bit and
