If using an indoor grill, remove chicken from grill, place on a baking sheet and
finish cooking in the oven until chicken is firm and cooked through, about 10 minutes more.
It is first cooked in the skillet on top of the stove and then transferred to
finish cooking in the oven.
Lobster will not be cooked all the way through, but will
