The only downside to using fresh flowers is they are not a permanent solution, although I was able to make my crown last a few days
by placing it in the fridge.
Unless, of course, you prefer a chilled firmer set for your chocolate mousse, in which
case place it in the fridge to chill for an hour before serving.
Cover the bowl with a plate and
place it in the fridge for about 1/2 hour so the dough will a bit harder and easier to roll into balls.
If I were to make it a couple of days in advance, I would frost it (after letting it cool) and
then place it in the fridge before serving.
Cut stems will keep in a glass of water for up to a week, but do not

However, with specific instructions not to microwave the food, thawing it took longer than expected (even after

To make the crust, chill wheat and manitoba flour, olive oil and water,
by placing them in the fridge at least 30 minutes before you start making the dough.
Remove from oven and let cool then wrap ribs up and
place them in the fridge until you are ready to finish them on the grill (you can skip this step if you are cooking them on the same day).
Transfer the lemon curd ganache into a piping bag fitted with a plain tip and

Scoop spoonful's of the mix onto a piece of grease proof paper, form them into little rest shapes and

When serving this to a large group of people, I always like to toss the dressing about a half hour or 20 minutes before serving,
