Carefully flip the pie crust and parchment paper over
on top of the pie dish and slowly peel off the parchment paper.
With pastry brush, lightly brush
top of pie with water, then add pastry leaf decorations.
Using the rolling pin and the bottom piece of wax paper to help you, roll pie dough around the rolling pin and gently lift the dough
