I've been wanting to learn how to
make tuiles for ages, but I've always been too intimidated.
For
coffee tuiles, make the batter by mixing all the ingredients, first.
I had many ice creams and sorbets in the freezer so immediately thought about making chocolate and vanilla ice cream cones with the sugar
tuile recipe.

My only complaint was that despite putting chilled balls of dough (not flat discs) into the oven, the cookies flattened out completely
