Hi Karen, I think the white and brown rice flour would work well too, it's just better to stay away from lots of refined
white carbohydrates as brown rice contains much for fibre.
I do eat gluten because I can tolerate it just fine, but I try to avoid indulging in
simple white carbohydrates such as white pasta or white rice, and instead I rely on wholegrain rice or pasta.
They are usually full
of white carbohydrates and artificial sugars, which will only give you limited energy before bringing your energy levels down (and you will feel like you need a nap).
Some even say such ridiculous things as «avoid any and
all white carbohydrates».
Ok, now while I certainly agree that white bread and refined white sugar are two of the worst things we can be feeding our bodies, I definately don't agree with avoiding any and all «
white carbohydrates».
Greasy foods, foods that have a acidic affect on our body like grains and
white carbohydrates, meat and cheese can cause hair loss as discussed before.
