I just scored a whole bag of
yellow cherry tomatoes from a coworker, but they're a tad on the softer side, like they may be in danger of being too juicy.
Although I like capers, I had some other ingredients I needed to use up and so I once substituted the capers for oven
roasted yellow cherry tomatoes, and once for left - over serrano - cilantro sauce from your frittata recipe.

I used a variety of both red and
yellow cherry tomatoes.
When I saw the beautiful red and
yellow cherry tomatoes I was instantly inspired to serve them over fish.

yellow cherry tomatoes, quartered 1 tablespoon basil, roughly chopped
Use both red and
yellow cherry tomatoes (or grape tomatoes) to add colors!
But, the salad look super colorful and refreshing because I am combining both red and
yellow cherry tomatoes (or grape tomatoes), avocados, cucumber and then mixing everything with the basil pesto.
And the inclusion of
the yellow cherry tomatoes and marinated artichokes sounds delicious -LCB- not to mention the grated Parmigiano Reggiano!! -RCB-.
