We're making them with a soft and chewy cashew butter cookie base and whipping up our own
raspberry chia jam for the center.
To be honest, I think you can
make chia jam with any kind of berry or fruit!
To assemble the crepes, spoon a thin layer of
strawberry chia jam (approximately 2 tablespoons) onto a crepe.
Simply spread almond butter or peanut butter (I prefer almond butter) on your choice of toast, and add generous scoops
of chia jam on top.

Because nothing says,» I love you,» like a homemade almond butter and blueberry
chia jam sandwich.
I'm not sure how long these will keep due to the fresh
fig chia jam, I'd say 3 - 4 days in the fridge or obviously longer if you freeze them and get them out when you need a pick - me - up.
You can use regular jam in this recipe or you can make your
own chia jam, I've made strawberry and blueberry before and both are equally delicious.
