I bet those would be good a good substitute
for croutons in a salad.
I garnished with a swirl of really good olive oil and a couple of
homemade croutons instead of sour cream.
Serve the salad with tempeh
croutons on top and pass the remaining dressing at the table.
We do it with corn flakes instead
of croutons for our crunch.

One of my favorite breakfasts at Cafe Campagne here in Seattle is Oeufs en meurette: Two poached eggs served on
