"dev" is short for "developer." It refers to a person who creates and builds software or applications for computers, websites, or mobile devices. A
dev is skilled in programming languages and coding, and their work involves designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications.

The usual situation is your money could go to help the smaller indie
dev teams of one or two people so they can keep doing what they love.
We are always happy to talk with

more devs came out and asked for help to save the franchise instead of it just being killed off.
If devs know how to properly utilize the hardware, they can do amazing things with it.
This is a tough generation for Japanese
devs working on PS3 with sales and enthusiasm for their products down well below normal and healthy levels.

dev studio may be able to provide exactly that.
They are one of the only 3rd party
devs out there that gave us an on par (better in some ways) version of their game.
If safari's
dev tools weren't so bad it would make things a lot nicer.
Okay, I can understand an indie
dev needing time to get things together.

because devs don't know the ins and outs of how to use it doesn't mean it's necessarily weaker than what's in the PS3 or 360.
