A simple and delicious one - pan chicken meal that adds cashews and maple syrup for the crunch and
serves in a lettuce wrap for a light and refreshing meal.
Today I enjoyed them for lunch
in lettuce wraps using some beautiful butter lettuce I got from my local farm stand.
Simply mix everything in a bowl and enjoy it all week
long in lettuce wraps, on salads, or even on celery sticks as a fun and healthy snack.
