If your avocados are fairly large the filling may still have a slight avocado flavor, if so add a
little more cocoa powder and maple syrup until it tastes right.
If you like you can sift a little
more cocoa powder over the Meringues and, with a fork, makes swirls and peaks with the Meringue.
Adding more reddish mica powders will give a more rose / pink hue like a blush
while more cocoa powder or bronze mica will create a bronzer or more tan mixture.

i made them without the chocolate chips and added a
bit more cocoa powder and some powdered sugar (i didn't measure).
The recipe I saw did not call for peanut butter and
used more cocoa powder, but I love peanut butter and this was plenty chocolaty with just one tbsp cocoa powder.
I think that
more cocoa powder could help keep the bites more firm, or potentially partially freezing them before snacking.
Taste and if desired, add
more cocoa powder 1 Tbsp.
Next time just might add
more cocoa powder.
In the 2nd version I added
more cocoa powder, switched to the softer oat flour, added 1 egg, and used pumpkin puree instead of applesauce.
If it's too runny, add
some more cocoa powder.
Taste it - if it's too sweet, add
some more cocoa powder.
Blend until well mixed, taste and add
more cocoa powder and agave until it is the flavor you like.
I decided to give it a try, didn't change the recipe too much, just added a bit
more cocoa powder, some coconut oil instead of water, some cocoa nibs for extra texture and I must say the recipe is far better than expected.
Roll the truffles in
some more cocoa powder (beetroot powder or matcha powder will also work well and will give your truffles some great colours).

And that you had no troubles making them:) If you find them too gooey I recommend adding a bit (like 1 tbsp or so)

Simplest Homemade Option: Similar to above, natural bronzer and blush can be easily made with a base of arrowroot and by adding
more cocoa powder and cinnamon to get a darker shade.
I also didn't have baking chocolate so I added
more cocoa powder an some coconut oil to the butter instead.

Coconut Nectar was the sweetener, and next time I would use a bit
more cocoa powder (I like really dark chocolate), and a pinch of salt.
