out of a school district in Idaho, has raised $ 2.5 million as it plans to expand to school districts nationwide.
CBA transfer provisions do not, however, appear to be an important factor in teacher
transfers out of school districts or the K — 12 public school workforce in Washington.

Because courts don't like to force children to move out of their homes away from their friends and
out of their school district, the parent who remains in the marital home often has an advantage when the court decides which parent gets residential custody.
If you are planning to move out of the former family residence, you should talk to your spouse to make sure that the children will not have to be moved
out of the school district (if this is financially possible).
