Of all processed foods, I probably eat
processed wheat products the most (in the form of breads and cereals) so that could be it.

Always make sure you buy oats that say gluten free on the front, as normal oats are processed in facilities that also

the processes wheat, being a Coeliac yourself I am surprised that you use it as a starter.
However, just because this is the case doesn't mean all are; some may contain gluten - ingredients or be processed on equipment that also
processes wheat.
NOTE: * Now, nuts like pistachios and walnuts are naturally gluten - free, however lots are processed and manufactured on the same conveyers that
process wheat and such.
Some rolled oats are produced in factories that also
process wheat, rye or barley!
