Try sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seed, and tahini (a tangy,
nutty sesame butter that tastes great in replacement of mayo and salad dressing).

There are many ways to use it, however I blended it into a creamy «tahini» or
fresh sesame butter.
I don't have
pure sesame butter but I think subbing cashew butter would be right up my alley.

Sesame seeds — in the form of tahini, or
sesame butter — are an essential part of my diet.
Another substitute for the peanut butter might be
sesame butter, aka Tahini sauce.
I made these with cashews in place of walnuts & using an almond &
sesame butter.
i love using almond butter here, but you can certainly substitute it for any nut or seed butter - hazelnut butter, peanut butter, or tahini (
sesame butter).
