Once all peppers are stuffed, wrap 1
slice of bacon around each one, leaving the ends of the bacon on the bottom of the pepper.
Place the two
slices of bacon on top of the peanut butter then place the remaining bun on top of that.
If you're trying to stretch your dollar even further, use 6
slices of bacon instead of 12 and slice them in half so you have shorter pieces to put in each cup.
I did a little variation on the recipe by cooking three
slices of bacon first and then cooking everything in a combo of bacon grease and garlic.

You can also use a couple
slice of bacon crumbled over top instead of the prosciutto or omit it all together if you want to go vegetarian with this.
This was good but I would add 2
more slices of bacon, twice as much bread, and probably use a cut up tomato in order to get more juice and more of a BLT flavor.
