A
stock cube is a small cube made from concentrated stock or broth ingredients. It is used to easily add flavor to cooking, especially in making soups, stews, or sauces.

Heat your vegetable broth in a large pot (ideally make your own, otherwise use an organic
vegetable stock cube with freshly filtered water).
Next time I think I will add a splash of red wine and will put two
stock cubes in for a bit more flavor.
I usually just make it with
vegetable stock cubes but lately have been using my gut - healing vegetable broth which is not only more nutritional but adds a wonderful flavour.
• For the mushroom stock I have used 1 Kallo Organic
Mushroom Stock Cube dissolved in 500 ml boiling water.
Prepare the vegetable stock, (I use two
stock cubes as they really thicken the stock and add much more depth of flavour) and transfer the cooked vegetables to a slow cooker.

Only had crushed dried chilli so used that and some paprika, also added half an onion and half a

I gave up buying boullion and
stock cubes from the supermarket quite long ago because there is nothing more comforting than making your own soup at home, and knowing exactly what you put inside.

I did add a couple of oxo
chicken stock cubes to the water during boiling and a pinch of white pepper when consuming.
Place 1
mushroom stock cube in 500 ml of fresh filtered water in a pot and heat until just simmering making sure the stock dissolves throughout (or ideally make your own).
For example, my Nana's recipe didn't call for
beef stock cubes, but I find they really boost the flavor.
Also for spices I used medium curry powder (of which the main ingredients are coriander, cumin and turmeric anyway) and I didn't measure but probably used 2 tbps of this, plus a little of chilli flakes, and 1
veg stock cube.
Tasty bubble recipe: Dissolve one
stock cube in 500 ml water and microwave for 30 seconds.
What Kind of Stock to Use for Potato Leek Soup with Bacon You could use vegetable stock if you wanted to but the best thing to use is fresh chicken stock rather than

Simple because it's made with basic vegetables, a chicken breast and
stock cubes.
