I easily
veganized it by substituting vegan butter for its dairy cousin, and the resulting dough was ideal: tasty, not too sweet (though I did add an extra tablespoon of sugar), and beautifully manageable.
This recipe does the trick and you can
easily veganize it by substituting coconut oil for butter.
Please note that not all of the recipes will be vegan, but if you see something that intrigues you, let me know and I'll try to

Anyhow, I had to do some planning, because I wanted to
