Sift about one - third of flour mixture over chocolate mixture and
whisk until combined; whisk in sour cream until combined, then sift remaining flour mixture over and whisk until batter is homogenous and thick.
Add milk and eggs,

whisk until combined.
Add cooled chocolate mixture and
whisk until combined.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt,
whisking until combined.
Add the remaining ingredients (including the prune puree) except for the chopped apple and whisk until combined
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and
whisk until combined.
Add dry ingredients in two installments,
whisking until combined.
Mix pudding packet with milk, and
whisk until combined.
To make the icing, add cacao, vanilla, maple and coconut oil in a bowl and
whisk until combined.
Add sour cream and vanilla and
whisk until combined.
Add the egg mixture to the chocolate mixture in two installments,
whisking until combined.
Add butter, yogurt and sugar and
whisk until combined and somewhat smooth.
