For this simple, satisfying side, use the small green kind (or frozen
baby lima beans in the off - season).
A favorite recipe for a large bunch of chard, adapted from Madhur Jaffrey: saute chopped onion in 3 T. of butter, add in
frozen baby lima beans, chopped chard and 1/4 -1 / 2 c. chopped fresh dill and 1/4 c. water and cook until everything is tender, about 15 - 20 min.
I tweaked the polenta a wee bit just because of what was available in fridge... carmelized some sweet onion and
