drinking smoothies with me and he hates yogurt.

drinking smoothies rich in antioxidants may actually do more harm than good to antioxidant levels.
Drink your smoothie alongside one or two pasture raised eggs, and some raw sauerkraut for its immune enhancing and digestive supporting properties.
Try drinking a smoothie like this one as soon as possible after your next workout, then follow up with a well balanced meal about 45 minutes to an hour later.
Now that I've been
drinking smoothies for so long, I've gotten used to their mild sweetness without the dates.
