So this is a super simple, white

You will want to follow the amount recommendations for the
oat flour version, and only add more flour it the batter seems way too thin.
I haven't tried it myself, but I would think wholemeal would be ok, just maybe a little «dough - i - er» than the all
purpose flour version.
