The trouble is, that sad looking
iceberg lettuce salad with bottled dressing not only is devoid of nutrients but it's also boring.
Unless you want a dry,
prepackaged iceberg lettuce salad with a few carrot shavings and orange tomatoes, you're going to arrive at your destination ravenous and cranky.
We highly recommend going for the Romaine style salads instead of the
regular iceberg lettuce salads as it contains a good amount of fiber and is loaded with vitamins and minerals.
My point is, many people are afraid that they'll be doomed to a life
of iceberg lettuce salads or that they'll have to give up all their favorite foods, but that's simply not true unless you make it so.
It was considered a healthy dip for veggies and was about the only dressing that mothers could get to eat on
an iceberg lettuce salad.
For lunches and dinners, I lived on roast (skinless, boneless) chicken breast with
iceberg lettuce salad and store bough dressing.
If it wasn't that it was
an iceberg lettuce salad loaded with french dressing.
