These donuts are
baked in a donut pan so they have more of a cake texture and not like a fried donut.
Obviously, these are
made in a donut pan, but, if you do not have a donut pan, you can make these in a muffin tin or mini muffin tin.
I saved the sf chocolate chips and used this
recipe in my donut pan then used the sf chips as the glaze...........!!!
I baked these in the
oven in a donut pan (a simple nonstick Wilton donut pan (aff link) is my favorite).
I've made them a few times now and follow your recipe to the T. I generally have enough for 24 mini holes and then enough batter left to make 3
donuts in my donut pan (my kids fight over these).
Fill a ziploc bag with your batter, cut off a corner, and use the bag to pipe your
batter in your donut pan, muffin pan, etc

You might like this recipe better — it's not for muffins, not donuts, but if you really wanted you could always bake
those in a donut pan as well.
