To make peach or plum puree, place the fruit and
other ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade and process until smooth.
How to use: Combine
ingredients in a bowl at room temperature (make sure it is big enough to allow the ingredients to react and foam).
Mix together all of the
base ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon (or your hands), and press into the bottom of the pan until tightly packed down.
Combine all chocolate
cups ingredients in a bowl and whisk until you obtain a smooth mixture with the consistency of melted chocolate.
