In the same food processor or high - powered combine all of the filling ingredients and blend for about 2 minutes, or until the mixture is silky smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary and adding a small
amount more coconut milk if needed to get it to help it reach a smoother consistenct.
If it won't come together, add a touch more lemon juice, maple syrup / agave or a
splash more coconut milk as the liquid should help it blend better.

more coconut milk to balance it out!
Though, came out a bit dry and I had to add more liquids so lentils can fully cooked (I used almond milk as I had
no more coconut milk).
You could add less cayenne pepper,
more coconut milk, or serve the stew with a spoonful of plain coconut yoghurt.
If this is happening just add a little
more coconut milk or some water.
