I respect everyone, and I know a lot
of atheist who respect me as well.
Hmm, guess the vast
majority of atheists on here that cite what scientists say are in error as well.
And there have been
lots of atheists who have been great people and done great things.
I'll bet there are plenty
of atheists in office now, but they know better than to say so.
I can respect the beliefs
of atheists as I certainly have my doubts myself and struggle with my faith.
If I was blocked form an employment or business opportunity
because of my atheist views, I would have an issue with that.
I'd also be interested to know the
beliefs of atheist towards disabled people e.g. blind individuals like me.
I don't
know of any atheists who feel this way or think that they can bring about world peace or any such nonsense.
You have a rather distorted, and likely completely speculative,
view of atheists.
You know that you and
none of the atheists on this blog can give a logical explanation to these questions.
Now I'm most certain you could also find that
percentage of atheists engaged in equally bizarre behavior, what ever that may be.
Most of these comments reveal the complete low level of discourse and imagination
of the Atheist population in reference to art.
I read about three pages of responses and realized that this has just turned into an
argument of atheists vs. believers, which is quite dumb IMO.
I agree, but i think the negative responses you get are from those fearful
of atheist movement getting all the perks and tax breaks all those so called real religions get.
What's your evidence that these claims are more
true of atheists than religious people?
I've been an active atheist for a decade and read all
sorts of atheist blogs and I've never heard of this lady.
Or you can take the
word of the atheists on this very board who help out in soup kitchens, donate blood, or give whatever they can to any number of charities.
