Again on a well - floured surface, roll the
second puff pastry square so that it is slightly larger than 12 - in / 30.5 - cm square.
These flaky and
warm puff pastry squares are the perfect spring pastries, especially when topped with a generous dollop of whipped cream!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper, then lay out
puff pastry squares on baking sheet.
Lightly brush each corner
of puff pastry squares with egg; seal pastries by tightly pinching together opposite corners, then pressing together edges with tines of fork to seal completely.
After the caramel apple filling cooled, I added little dollops to the center of
cut puff pastry squares and sealed them with a fork.

those puff pastry squares today while buying phyllo dough.
Working on a cutting board, cut
a puff pastry square in half, and work with one half piece of dough at a time.
Spoon about 1 to 2 tablespoons of the spinach mixture in
each puff pastry square.
Place
each puff pastry square into the cups of a non-stick muffin tin (the muffin tin does not need to be greased — the puff pastry has enough butter in it), pressing the dough into the bottom of the muffin cups and up the sides, letting the four corners rest on top of the muffin tin (see picture above for more detail).
When the chard is soft, dollop a spoonful of chard mix onto the center of
each puff pastry square.
flour 1.5 c. vegetable broth 6
puff pastry squares, with a hole poked in top 1 egg white
Place
another puff pastry square on top, brush some reserved egg mixture on edges of dough and seal with fork.
Of course, you can top
each puff pastry square with both mango and pineapple....
Drizzle
each puff pastry square with about 1 teaspoon honey, taking care not to get honey too close to the edge.
Top
each puff pastry square with a dollop of Reddi - wip.
Line the bottom of each cavities with
the puff pastry squares.

To serve: place
a puff pastry square on a plate and break the center slightly with a spoon, scoop 1/4 of the eggs in the center of the puff pastry, top with pieces of goat cheese and ramps.
Puff pastry squares are baked to a golden brown and served topped with mushrooms and goat cheese.
Top the filled St Jacques coquilles shells with
the puff pastry squares.
