(9) The Superintendent may modify any order
made under this section after giving the person named in the order an opportunity to make written submissions.
The maturity value and death benefit is more than 10 times annual premium and hence will be tax
exempt under Section 10 (10)(D).
Additionally, the proceeds received upon death of the policy holder or upon maturity are tax
free under Section 10 (D).
