My husband, who is German, loved these — only after he was done did I tell him that they were
made with goat cheese.
But if you're not utterly in
love with goat cheese like I am, feel free to use all cream cheese and eliminate the goat cheese all together.
Top with the other slice of bread, so that the veggies are enclosed
with goat cheese mixture and the butter is on the outside of the sandwich.
But this one is a little more savory on the taste
buds with goat cheese, sweet seasonal tomatoes, greens, onion and basil.
And the bacon wrapped roasted
