heard about a ereader.

Customer services was unable to help, passed me between 4 different representatives who had no idea what had been discussed with the previous ones, ignored half of what I told them, seemed to have no technical
knowledge about the eReader and just kept repeating solutions from their troubleshooting guide which I had to keep telling them I couldn't perform because the device was stuck on the loading screen.
Each one of them grabbed for and started scrutinizing the vibrant jetBook Mini; intrigued they started asking
questions about eReaders, how it worked and even where to get one.
Everyone seems to love the Kindle 3's features and even the Press has started
writing about eReaders positively.
Say you know
nothing about eReaders and you're looking to get something easy, basic & top notch for someone — say for your mother as a gift.
I definitely wouldn't go for the cheapest solution as it might give a wrong impression
about ereaders in general.
Everything about the eReader Touch Edition is more responsive and more usable than what we've seen from any of the previous iterations of Kobo e-readers.

Right now, Bookbub is moving a lot of books for folks, and I'm still hearing good things
about Ereader News Today, though I haven't used them for a while.
Your
misconceptions about eReaders themselves: almost all eReaders are backlit and have been for years now, the contrast in sunlight is far better than the glare of a glass tablet screen, «controls» are just tapping with your finger.
A lot of the same things that others have
said about ereaders played a role in my adoption as well.
But you won't because its not that simple to just take your Amazon stuff with you, which is the most annoying thing
about the Ereader market.

WE are the ones buying the ebooks, changing our
