When almost smoking, add the onion and
garlic and saute over medium heat until the onions become very soft, about 8 minutes.

In the same skillet, add
garlic and saute for 30 seconds until fragrant.

the garlic and saute just until fragrant.
Heat remaining oil in pan, add
garlic and saute for 30 seconds, stir in wine and broth and bring to a boil.
Add
the garlic and saute 30 seconds more.
Add the additional tablespoon of oil to the pan along with the onion, celery and
garlic and saute until the onion is caramelized.
Add
the garlic and saute for another 1 - 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add
garlic and saute one minute, taking care not to burn.
Add
the garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Add onions and
garlic and saute for a minute or two until semi-soft.
Heat some olive oil in the emptied pan, add the chopped onions and
garlic and saute for 5 minutes over medium heat until they get soft and golden brown.
Add
the garlic and saute for about 1 to 2 minutes until the garlic is browned.
Chop the mushrooms, onions and
garlic and saute them over medium heat.
Add in the minced
garlic and saute for another 30 seconds.
