"Ground flax" refers to flaxseeds that have been crushed or milled into a powder-like consistency.

To make a flax egg, in a cup mix 1
tbsp ground flax seed meal with 2.5 tbsp warm water.
You can also
use ground flax instead of coconut flour if you don't like coconut flour.
I would substitute each egg with a tablespoon of
ground flax meal soaked in 3 tablespoons of water.
You can try using an egg substitute like
mixing ground flax seeds with water, but I haven't tested it in this recipe so I'm not sure how it will work.
An easy sub for cookies is to replace 1 egg with a flax egg (1 tbsp
ground flax + 2.5 tbsp water).
Combine ground flax seed with water and set aside for about 5 - 7 minutes, until the mixture becomes thick and gooey.
Once your flax egg is ready, add it, as well as flour, water and another
tsp ground flax seeds to a shallow bowl.

It's so soft, fluffy and melt in mouth texture that you won't know its oil free and made from
whole ground flax seed.
But I
take ground flax seeds to go out to work to have energy and increase metabolism.
Make sure that the mix is very sticky, if it isn't sticky enough add
more ground flax.
I do know that
extra ground flax seems to work pretty good for a few folks, so that might work!
Directions:
Place ground flax seed and cereal / graham crackers in a bag and crush into crumbs.
A few teaspoons of potato starch may actually do the trick - or some
ground ground flax meal can help with structure as well.
