What can I use in
place of flax meal since I understand that flax doesn't do well under high temperatures.....?
I, too, want to try the Chia seeds in
place of flax.
Would chia seeds work in
place of flax?
I did not have success with a similar quantity of chia seeds in
place of the flax (I tried both whole and ground chia).
I used Jule's GF flour, 1/4 cup oat flour in
place of flax meal, sparkling water, honey and used 1/4 cup almond meal instead of milk powder.

The writer of this wonderful cookbook has this tip for substituting flours: «We tried this bread with sprouted flax powder, flax meal and ground flaxseed in
place of the flax flour.
I do have chia seeds and heard you can sometimes use those in
place of flax... Any advice?
Can egg beater be used in
place of flax egg and just add flax seed to batter?
