regular chocolate chip recipe, and I think this would work well, but I wasn't sure how much flour to sub for the cocoa.

Regular chocolate chips will have a different effect on the final texture of your cake — plus, you get more chocolate with every bite if you use mini chocolate chips!
(They're a little pricey compared to
regular chocolate chips, but I think they're worth it if you're trying to avoid sugar and artificial sweeteners.)
