It's sweeter
than zucchini noodles and contains slightly more carbs but it's still suitable for the ketogenic diet.
These taste good, but I think they'd be more accurately described as chickpea burgers with zucchini and
quinoa than zucchini quinoa burgers.
Timing is the only trick here since the tomatoes and green onions take less
time than the zucchini and peppers.
It's such a good idea, especially for those who would rather eat chocolate all
day than zucchini haha.
Carrots (almost any root vegetables except potatoes, really) have a lot more sugar
than zucchini does.
Since sweet potato takes
