If top of loaf starts turning too brown cover with foil till baking is complete.
It tasted really good, although the sunflower seeds that were on
top of the loaf did burn a little.
The sprinkle of parmesan cheese on
top of the loaf gets crispy and browned while the bread is baking — > pure bliss!
