If you're really intimidated though, this recipe doesn't make a lot and I've already eaten 1/3 of it in a week
by having it for breakfast everyday.
I think I would
have it for breakfast since the eggs are all in and I with that wonderful chocolate and a boost of coffee — I would be set for the day.
I also tend to add chocolate protein powder to kick the protein content up a bit since that is what my husband likes to
have for breakfast before going to the gym.
This is exactly what I was missing with keto until now, something to
have for breakfast aside from the usual meat, cheese, avocado etc..
They don't know what my
