If you just have a blender then go ahead and puree the cheese together but use a knife to chop the spinach and mix the chopped
spinach with the cheese mixture by hand.
Fill each jalapeno half
with cheese mixture.
Fill each jalapeño half
with cheese mixture.
Remove to a plate and top (TK spoon on top or use piping bag)
with cheese mixture.
Cut them in half length-wise, then scoop out the seeds, Fill each chile «boat»
with the cheese mixture and serve.
