"Chipotle chilis" refers to dried, smoked jalapeño peppers that are commonly used in Mexican cuisine. They have a distinct smoky and spicy flavor.

I like to add a half teaspoon of
chipotle chili powder to make a chipotle mayo that tastes awesome with veggie sticks or sweet potato fries.
Add garlic, coconut oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2
teaspoon chipotle chili pepper to cooked white beans then blend with an immersion blender, stand blender, or food processor.
I was lazy and instead of roasting the peppers and grinding them
used chipotle chili powder instead.
This Turkish chile is rather mild in heat, so I combined it with

You can find these in the Latin section of any big grocery store, or you can use regular
dry chipotle chili pepper powder, or a combination of smoked paprika and cayenne pepper in place.
The combination of
spicy chipotle chili and creamy sweet squash really appeals to me (I've used it before in my Baked Pumpkin Chipotle Fries) and I think you're going to love it.
If you're going to add some
smokey chipotle chili powder, sprinkle that on as well... but go easy, this stuff is spicy and you can quickly make the chips just too spicy.
