To make the dressing, blend all ingredients
in food processor or blender until smooth (or mash the avocado and whisk all ingredients together by hand).
In the washed and
dried food processor or blender, add all of the dressing ingredients and blend well, slowly going from low to high speed, until the mixture is smooth.
If you do not have a
strong food processor or blender, just place your pitted dates on a plate and mash with a fork until they are sticky and smooth as caramel.
If you do not have any coconut flour to hand, you can use desiccated coconut flakes, but you will need to
use food processor or blender, to blitz them a bit in order to make the flakes as small as possible.
Simply combine 1/4 cup each extra virgin olive oil and fresh lime juice with 1/3 cup packed fresh cilantro, 1 Tablespoon honey, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, salt, and pepper in a small
food processor or blender then process until smooth.
To make the peanut butter sauce, combine the peanut butter, dates, and water in a high -
power food processor or blender and blend until totally smooth - you may need a little more water to get it to your desired consistency for dipping.
Remove dough
from food processor or blender and divide into 15 equal balls (rolling each of the 15 sections into a ball, or 31 grams for each ball for each serving)
If you have an
older food processor or blender, you may need to wait a little longer to let the frozen items thaw a bit before it will be able to process for you.
Place avocado, milk, lemon juice, cider vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper
into food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down sides of bowl or pitcher as needed.
In the most
powerful food processor or blender you own (you decide which one has the most torque) place all filling ingredients (except raspberries) and blend on high until very smooth (this make take a couple minutes).
You will need a
strong food processor or blender to follow the recipe exactly, I will give alternatives in the footnotes if you are with out these contraptions.
Place the leaves and the vinegar in
a food processor or blender and liquefy.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly and place in
a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
