You could also bake the pudding
in muffin molds: In this case bake a little less time, about 30 minutes.
Prepare a small mini muffin pan or individual
silicone muffin molds by lightly brushing with coconut oil or cooking spray.
I prefer using a
silicon muffin mold because they produce better results and it's much easier to remove the muffins from the molds once they've cooled.
