With a dollop
of coconut whipped cream on top, this superfood healthy hot chocolate is just about as real and delicious as you can get.
Just made this for my mom's birthday — exactly according to the recipe except ended up putting a
layer of coconut whipped cream on top rather than the chocolate sauce.
The cupcakes themselves are not overly sweet since the only sugar in them is fruit sugar, that's why I love a not - small
serving of coconut whipped cream frosting on top.
I like to serve my hot chocolate with a little
bit of coconut whipped cream so that the cold cream mixes in with the hot chocolate and gives it a luscious creamy effect.
As for the crumble, I made an individual pan serving this morning with blackberries and strawberries (couldn't find any decent looking rhubarb around these parts) then topped it with a fat
spoon of coconut whipped cream, and it was the most perfect / satisfying breakfast.
To add a little somethin' somethin' to the smoothie, I topped it with a dollop of vanilla coconut yogurt (because I was
out of coconut whipped cream, which would work perfectly too!)

of coconut whipped cream like I did on these cinnamon grilled peaches and mango coconut parfaits (bonus, the whipped cream is also gluten - free, vegan and -LSB-...]
If you're good at planning ahead, make a
batch of coconut whipped cream, adding a tablespoon or two of whiskey, because yolo and such (I am on spring break after all..)
-LSB-...] Food - saving note: You really only need a couple
dollops of coconut whipped cream, so you'll have coconut milk leftover — I'm going to use my leftover coconut milk to make this easy caramel sauce from Oh, Ladycakes!
Once it's ready to go, serve it up and top with a dollop
of coconut whipped cream, whipped cream, or ice cream!
Fold the crepe edges over the filling then top with another dollop
of coconut whip cream and the flaked coconut.
Fill each crepe with 1/3 of the strawberry and top with a dollop
of coconut whipped cream (see notes).
Top each pie with a dollop
of this coconut whipped cream, if you're into that.
Remove from the oven, slice and serve with a dollop or two
of coconut whipped cream, if desired.

I served this meyer lemon pound cake with fresh berries and a dollop
of coconut whipped cream.
Serve warm slices of cake with a generous drizzle of the sauce and a dollop
of Coconut Whipped Cream.
If you want to fancy things up a bit, a dollop
of coconut whipped cream is also great.
Add a dollop
of coconut whipped cream to keep the recipe vegan or top it with a little Greek yogurt or regular whipped cream if you're into dairy.
